We have a limited number of bus seats available for a Friday pre-noon excursion to Smakbyn, where we will take part in a tasting of locally produced gourmet food and drink. Smakbyn is a recently opened culinary centre operated by master chef Michael “Micke” Björklund, one of the best known chefs in Scandinavia. Cost: 35 € (including transport and the tasting)

A few of the bus seats are reserved for people who want to visit Smakbyn’s neighbour instead, the 14th Century castle Kastelholm, Åland’s only medieval castle. Or perhaps just stroll around and see the prison museum, enjoy the beautiful countryside, and shop in the Smakbyn shop. Cost: 10 € (excludes the entrance fee to the castle, 6 € for adults)

The bus leaves at 10:00 AM from outside the convention venue and will be back by 13:15. The bus ride is approximately 25 minutes.
Note that all pre-registrations are non-refundable, so please make sure to be in time to catch the bus!
